General informations

Can I get any discounts on my order?

For all online orders via our web shop with a value of at least 100 Euros we offer 5% discount (unless you don´t have special conditions). In case you have a really big order you may ask us for a special deal on this order. Any discount is based on the total amount of your order as well as the amount of items and the quantity of each item.

Can prices change?

Yes, there might be changes of price without prior notice in order to price changes of the material – especially silver. However, we guarantee the price in our online shop for each item as long as we have it on stock. That means, for your submitted order you will receive exactly the shown price for all items available.

Is there a minimum order?

Is there any surcharge for orders below the minimum

How do I receive a new catalogue?

Our catalogue is published once a year after the spring exhibitions and is usually sent out around April. Notice: If your address is outside of Germany, you will not receive the catalogue automatically, because the shipping expenses are very high. You may download it from our web shop or contact us.

How do I get a new price list?

Because of the constantly changing prices unfortunately it does not make much sense to rely on the printed version of our price list (unless it is recently published together with the new catalogue). Please refer to our web shop as all online prices are guaranteed.

How can I get the images of the jewellery (except etNox – see DVD etNox?

All images with the exception of the etNox images (see DVD etNox) including all rights can be purchased for a special price. See our web shop item DVD1.

What do the images´ suffixes TIFF and JPG mean?

JPG images are image files that show a complete picture. In general they can easily be displayed by all users. TIFF image files consist of different levels or image planes that enable you to separate the jewellery from its background and put it on your own preferred background. If you are not experienced yourself, you might have to contact somebody familiar with these image files..

Which terms of payment can I choose and how can I change my payment conditions

For the terms of payment we offer please see our General Terms of Trade. You can change your preferred payment any time, you just need to inform us e.g. via the remarks zone in our shop, telephone or fax. If you have a bank account within Germany, you may change your payment conditions to bank collection. Therefore we need a short informal note with your signature. This note should include your bank details, your name and address and the permission to charge your bank account until you disclaim.

Where is the category "Story of O"? Are items no longer available?

I want to place an order, but I don´t have the login details for the access.

If you are a retailer you have to submit some sort of verification (like certificate of trade, your web shop or others). We will supply you with your customer code number, which is necessary for your login.

Where can I buy the jewelry, if I am not a retailer?

Please see the store finder on our web shop www.etNox.com to find retailers who might offer the products you are interested in. We hope you understand that we cannot work on your inquiry as we are specialized on wholesale only.

Why do order quantities sometimes automatically change when I am placing an online order?

If the order quantity automatically changes although you have been typing a different quantity, your preferred quantity of this specific item is not available at the moment. Our shop corrects the quantity according to our stock.

I want to put my order on hold and continue later. How does it work?

On the right side of our web shop is the cash point with two options. Click on "save cart”. Now you can logout yourself and continue later. If you login again to continue your order click on "load cart” and continue shopping. Note: If you don´t "save cart”, your order will get lost.

How can I search for a special item?

The search function on the right side of our web shop is very smart. If you know the code number of the item you are looking for, just type it here (no space between letter and numbers). Alternatively if you don´t know the code number, you can as well just type a term or name (e.g. "Sword” or "Thor´s Hammer”). The more exact your definition is the more precise is the offer you will receive.

I don´t find a special item any more, why ?

If the code number is typed correctly but the item cannot be found, most likely we don´t sell it anymore. Unfortunately we cannot inform you in advance if we plan to clear or stop selling certain items.

Questions concerning etNox

What does etNox mean?

The idea for this name originated from our many different styles of jewellery of which some may be described as "sparkling” jewellery, others may be described as "dark” jewellery. This is why we named our collection with the Latin terms "Lux et Nox” which later developed to LuxXL and etNox. According to the name etNox, this stands for the more rebellious, punk style and individual designs.

How can I become an etNox retailer?

Visit our website www.etNox.com and click on "become a retailer”. There you will find all necessary information.

What is the difference between etNox jewellery and other jewellery?

We pay a lot of attention to the quality of our products. Many of those are produced by casting. For this it is most important that we use nicely worked and precise molds that don´t run too long, to assure the production of detailed jewellery. This we guarantee.

Since 2012 all items of our etNox magic and mystic collection will have an etNox stamp that also guarantees etNox quality.

How can I get images of the products and what do I have to consider?

If you are a retailer with our customer code number you can login to our web shop and place an order for the item DVD-etNox together with your next order.

Which advantages do I have as an etNox retailer?

You benefit from the popularity of this brand. Currently about 2 millions of Germans know etNox. It is also popular in quite a number of other European countries like Italy, Spain, France, Netherlands, Great Britain, Rumania, Scandinavia – to just name some of them. Some items seem to be political. Is that right?

We offer only items that have a historic meaning which has been researched or that have an esoteric meaning. This meaning is not always well-defined as it is a traditional one. We strongly and clearly dislike the receipt of some of these items by the right-wing side.
